TOLA Rugby 7s Series    

The TOLA Series is designed to give Regional 7-per-side Rugby Teams an opportunity to compete for a Championship that reaches beyond individual tournaments but does not require the financial or logistical obligations typically associated with a National Title run.

The Series consists of 6 tournaments located within Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma which have been selected based on the tournament locations, reputation, historical quality (grounds, officials, organizers, etc.) and approved by the TOLA board.

 Each TOLA Series tournament has agreed to guarantee all entrants a minimum of 4 matches during the course of the tournament and will register no less than six teams.  Further each tournament has agreed to make the TOLA 7's Series a success.

As one of the primary objectives of the TOLA Series is to encourage participation in Regional Sevens, the TOLA board will reward teams for attending TOLA and non-TOLA Series events within the Region (see Points System) as well.

All non-Series tournaments must be recognized by the TOLA board prior to the event in order to qualify for any point distribution.

For TOLA tournaments, a 6,4,3,2,1+2 system has been developed in order to reward play on the field as well as commitment to the spirit of rugby.

 Any team entering any TOLA Series Tournament will automatically be included in the Series.
